Our Philosophy

Think of all the time you’ve devoted to skills like reading, writing, and math. But what about the life skills that determine the success of your relationships, career, and goals? At Pathways, we believe those skills are every bit as important as the ones we learn in school. And they have to be learned, nurtured, and developed as well. We’re here to give you the tools to do just that.

Our purpose is to fuel you with a renewed sense of commitment to what matters to you and to send you off with a clear plan on how to make those things happen. We have more than 30 years of experience and a lot of good questions and exercises that will support you in creating the success you deserve. Pathways is more than a seminar company; it is also a community that will support you on your journey.

The Ripple Effect

We believe that the ability to change the world lies within each one of us. When one person decides to make positive changes in their life, they experience more love, understanding, and empathy, therefore their interactions and relationships with others become better. This in turn makes the whole world better for everyone. We call this The Ripple Effect.

With all the pain and trouble in our world today, it takes just one person to make a difference in their community of friends and family. Imagine the ripple that would be created if we each took that first step.

Our Mission

Our mission is to empower people to lead more enriched, successful and fulfilled lives so our world is a better place for the children of today and for a thousand generations to come.

About Us

Pathways to Successful Living Seminars has been educating people since 1984. The series of seminars offer people the opportunity to challenge themselves to go beyond their current levels of success and comfort and to discover more of who they are and what they can truly become.

These seminars are offered to individuals, families, organizations, and businesses throughout the United States and Canada. Tens of thousands of people from all over the world have participated in the program, and it has become popular entirely by word-of-mouth.
